The Management is not liable for any mishandling of the Parcels during shipment. Proof of well Packed item Thru Photo is given before shipment. Please be guided during Shipment, melting of Chocolates, Crushed Chips and damaged box may occur during Shipment. the management won’t be liable to any of this.

  2. Delayed/ Estimated arrival of the deliveries is solely responsible by the accredited courier.

  3. Missing items will be Taken accounted for upon investigation.

  4. Message for any query & Details needed.

  5. lease be Guided that we have hot humid weather in the country, that may cause the product to melt or break down.

  6. If chosen Flavor is not available, the available flavor will be given

RETURN REFUND POLICY

We are not liable for any damage caused during shipping.Mishandling of parcels will not be our fault, no return or refund aswe pack it well and send pictures before we ship. You understand that there is a risk of melting for chocolates or some chips might be in pieces due to shipping.

Upon placing your order, you acknowledge that you read the expiry, description and price of the product.

For delays/estimated arrival of deliveries, the courier is solely responsible for that as we ship out items the next day (Next Day Shipping).

We will only acknowledge missing items once proven that it is really missing (based on the pictures that we send prior shipping) unboxing video.

Please understand that our local weather is hot humin which my cause for the chocolate to melt please also note that when chocolate hardens after melting it can have white spots on it which is natural and edible.
